Used short bookcase, a furniture dolly from Harbor Freight ($6), piece of A/B plywood (HD & Lowe’s sell half sheets & will cut it for free).
If you put the mw in the bookcase, you’ll need to put the plywood in there, as a deeper shelf.
Drill a hole in the back for the cord.

Microwave Cart to Bar Cart With Modern Masters Paint
You can use any small table and buy wheels from home depot to attached. Put towel holder on the sides and you are good to go.
You can find used carts all the time on different sale sites. Or you can take an old side table/nightstand that is square and has drawers and add casters!
