How can I make my hardwood floors shine?
The ”renew” products and the Bona floor cleaner system will give a shine, but there’s nothing like refinishing your HW floors.
Refinishing your floors revitalizes them makes them look like new. We did ours in 2015 and married them up to a new HW install.
The past two years we have been using the BONA mop and solution and we’re very pleased with the results.

Hi ! I lived in an apartment that had hardwood floors , I lived there for over 30 years ! I used a product made by Halloway House called quick shine . It comes in different formulas for different floor surfaces , make sure to get the one for wood ! This is not a cleaner , it is meant to be used on a clean floor ! You squirt it on an area and wipe it on ( I always used a dollar store sponge mop , then threw it out after ) using a sponge mop . You can use up to 7 coats , that would be like a bowling alley floor . I used just one or two coats , once or twice a year ( twice , when I had my kids still at home , later years , once was enough ) My 60+ year old floors always looked shiny .
