La-Z-Boy is the first that comes to my mind, but here's a link that looks at several brands and their back support:

Brand + Price does not always = Comfort. Everyone's body is a different shape. You need to sit in the chair to see if it fits you - just like trying on clothes. If it's really a challenge because of time or distance - try going to a BIG furniture store (like Rooms to Go) where there are many chairs for you to try. Take note of the brands you like best and go from there.
I have used Pier 1 and Ashley’s Furniture.
Look at Wayfair and Hayneedle sites online. They have a huge selection of furniture and many ship for free. All of the above chairs look comfortable.
Also, Check out Thrift Shops, You may be surprised what You find.
Go to multiple stores and take a seat in their chairs to find something that feels great, maybe has lumbar support, possible recliners, leather vs fabric, height, and quality of workmanship, also a warranty. Take measurements of the space the chair(s) will be put into, you don't want something too large or too small, you might want to take of picture of the space with the surroundings in your home. Put all this together with your decor. The brands that stand out are Wayfair, La-Z-Boy, Ashley, Ethan Allen, Broyhill. Best to you and happy shopping.
Delmer: I was amazed at the selection here: Go take a "test drive!"

In your article, "Best Recliners for Back Pain: reviews 2020", you researched many different manufacturers. I'm surprised your research didn't result in finding out which brand would be suitable for your needs. There are hundreds of furniture upholstery manufacturers that make "comfortable" chairs, yet comfort differs from person to person and doesn't consider quality and price. Some brands that make high quality, comfortable chairs include Vanguard, King Hickory, Century, Sherrill, Hickory Chair, Bernhardt, and Mitchell Gold+Bob Williams---all excellent manufacturers (most are bench made) that demand high quality workmanship as well as higher prices. The stores (both brick&mortar & online) offering furniture at less expensive, often unbelievable prices/financing promos are sometimes, unfortunately, not worth the money they pay to advertise. Rooms To Go, Ashley, Ikea, etc products are not known for higher quality furniture...cautioning that inferior workmanship (cheaper upholstery fabric/frames, weak joints, and overall lower quality tailoring & cushion construction) should be expected when looking at lower priced furniture. These stores cater to the customer who buys for looks for price and/or financing deals, and not necessarily craftsmanship and exceptional quality. Not sure if you really want recommendations for comfortable chairs or if you just need help with some research, but I hope this helps.
La-z-Boy is the oldest of the lounger makers and has a huge selection of styles, fabrics and prices. I'd discourage you from choosing something to purchase online after having sat in probably 100 lounge chairs myself. They are all made for different body types and heights so what is comfortable for one person, may not be for the next.
Go to all the stores around you and sit in all the lounge chairs that you like the style. You'll be like Cinderella and find one that's "just right"! 😎
Pottery Barn has some nice chairs. I for one have to sit and feel the chair. They are all different. I have a queen Ann recliner that is very comfortable, however, I looked for it for months. You really need to go shopping, and try them all out. Lazy Boy does make some comfortable chairs.

If you have a Costco in your area (or Sam's Club) they have great buys on furniture and you can sit in them and try them out. Good luck to you
Ikea has awesome chairs!
