You could try calling your local fabric shops--sometimes they also do upholstery.

Hi Cyndi, I think you are in the wrong spot. This forum is for advice not for finding professionals.
We put new fabric on our dining room chairs that had piping around them. We just cut the piping off and recovered the seat with new fabric over the old fabric. You can not even till there was piping. If you want piping, then take off the old fabric and use it for a pattern. I am not a good seamstress but someone who is, could help you.
