You take the pallets apart with small pry bar or at least a hammer. Use as your lumber supply. You'll need to build a frame the size you want your garden bed then apply the wood. You'll need to use a waterproof liner for at least the side because the pallet wood won't last a season without it. Also if going to grow vegis realize pallets are usually contaminated with chemicals that would not be good for that. If you don't use a liner, at least seal the inside with several coats Marine Varnish. Good luck but I wouldn't waste my time on pallet wood for most things.
