Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the tile and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
You might need to use a razor blade to get the soap skum off if it's been a while. Vinegar and Dawn soap works great. Once it is clean throttle anyone who ever uses a bar of soap in the shower again. Liquid soaps do not leave a film on the tile. You will never need to clean that shower again.

I have two recipes for this: 1/2 cup vinegar--heat in GLASS bowl in microwave for 45 seconds. Pour into spray bottle. Add 4 oz. Dawn dish soap. Put lid on and shake well. Spray what you want to clean and let sit for 1 hour. Scrub or wipe off cleaning solution. Rinse well. Actually I have 3 recipes. Next one is this: Mix 1/4 cup baking soda and 1 TBS Dawn dish soap together. Add enough CLEANING vinegar to make a paste. Store in air tight jar. Last about 6 months.. And last:1/2 cup baking soda, 1 TBS. peroxide, 1 TBS Castile soap. Mix well. Hope one of these help.
Hi some cleaning tips over here that all use baking soda.
If you heat vinegar and then make a solution with it and one Dawn dish soap, and then spray the tile and scrub it, it should come clean. Check out how to make the cleaning solution: https://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/how-to-make-powerful-homemade-shower-cleaner/
