Combine equal amounts of vinegar and water into a spray bottle, then add one tablespoon of dish detergent. Spray the solution on the soap scum, and allow it to sit for about 15 minutes. When you return, scrub it with a soft-bristle scrub brush, and rinse with hot water. Dry thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
Mr Clean magic eraser or use 50/50 hot water and vinegar then add 8 oz of dawn to mixture. Spray shower and tub down and let it set for an hour. Scrub the tough spots (very little effort required) and rinse with hot water.
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the soap scum/hard water stains and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
Hi Brenda, use white vinegar and liquid dishwashing soap such as Dawn. Here's more info.....

Be very careful with vinegar as it etches and dissolves grout. I use a powder cleaner and scrub brush to clean our tiles.
You can do 50/50 blue dawn and white vinegar. Lysol makes a great spray cleaner for soap scum, it's in the blue bottle. If you don't have marble, wet & forget shower is amazing. It will won't ever have to be scrubbed.
