Hi Nancy moving any type of "plant" is best in either late fall or very early spring. I've had best luck waiting until as late as possible in the year to make sure its fully hibernating. After that the absolute most important thing it to take as much soil around the root ball of the tree as possible, here's some more in depth instructions, good luck! https://hortnews.extension.iastate.edu/faq/i-would-move-small-tree-yard-how-should-i-proceed

When to move plants including calendar for trees and shrubs
https://www.yourgardensanctuary.com/when-to-move-plants/
Usually late fall is best because they are in the process of becoming dormant, early spring would be the second choice because it is when they are starting to establish a good root system.
I always recommend that people to to a local nursery person. They know what works in your climate.

I could not find anything besides a care video for the wisteria, but I would suggest that you put the new support under the wisteria but over the old support, carefully

I don't know about the pomegranate tree, but the wisteria can be moved most anytime. Wisteria are very hardy HOWEVER, I would not move it in the heat of the summer, it will put more stress on your plant. I would wait for cooler temperatures.
Hello Nancy,
I would call in a professional to do this for you. It might be cheaper than you think. If you do it yourseld the chances are you could kill them, unless you know what you are doing. just ask for a price! Best wishes.
