Cut off any of the damaged parts. Try neem oil to help get rid of pests.
Do you think that a bug has caused the leaf damage?
Cut off and remove any damaged leaves, you might take a leaf to your local nursery along with a picture of the plant. They might be the ones to evaluate and tell you what is going on.
