Support is attached securely attached on both ends to ceiling joist but I cannot see if it is nailed or screwed or the number on each side. I cannot see any markings on the box stating a weight capacity.
Can you tell if this junction box is fan rated?

I don't have my codebook nearby, but the metal crossbrace is a good indicator you'll be OK. Make sure it is secured to both adjacent ceiling joists
No that’s a terrible idea over a wood stove

It looks like it will support the fan since it is secured to the joists.
I agree with the first answer in this post. That metal cross piece is a good indicator that it will support a fan. I would get a look inside of there and see what kind of screw and/or nails are holding it in there. Can't hurt to add a couple more to be safe.
