Have you tried calling them? They may have better ideas and tricks
did you unscrew you dishwasher for counter support ?
Isn't there a height adjustment on the feet? That would give you the clearance needed to pull it out but that won't help is there is another problem.
Or just open the door and look under counter. should be two screws holding tabs on dishwasher in under counter.
I would check on the Maytag website or call customer service.
