Hello,
Was wondering if they are inside or outside walls? How big are the cracks? Here's an explanation of how they came to happen:

You would need to determine the cause of these cracks and then figure out how to fix them based on the cause. Cosmetic vs structural.
Use spackling compound (with a putty knife) to fill in the cracks. Let it dry and sand smooth. If your corners are damaged, you can get corner beads or guards to install and avoid further damage.
Many times, the tape is twisted as well. This can be due to settling or minor tremors. If that is the case, you will need to cut the tape before repairing. Smooth sheetrock putty over the crack and let dry. Then smooth with a damp sponge. You may need to repeat the process a couple of times to get it perfectly smooth. Then paint over the patched area.
It’s pretty easy to repair the crack. Looks like you got some good direction filling in with spackle and sanding...then painting over it. The important question though is what is causing the cracks in your walls. Settling of a foundation or wood that has shifted or dried and contracted can have this impact. Another problem that can cause cracking could be a leak somewhere. Where are these corners? In the top corners of a room near the ceiling or somewhere else? You might want to have it inspected to see if it is foundation or a leak. Do you have a pic?
Hi, depending on what the wall is made out of (and where it is... inside or outside) will determine how it is fixed. Generally though if it is inside and it is drywall, you can buy little tubes of spackling at your local home improvement store and it works great for filling in cracks.
You can get corner tape or metal corners to help protect those spots that always get dinged which go behind joint compound. You can also buy corner protectors that attach on after the repair.

One of the first things I learned to DIY was sheetrock. You need spackle (I like the one that starts pink and turns white as it dries, since I get impatient), a cellulose sponge, a sponge sander, and sheetrock tape, and a wide and narrow spackling knives. I'm sure there are many other tools, but, it's what I use. The tape, tools, spackle, etc. are pretty common. Clean the areas as part of your prep, removing any loose material and dust. But, I bet you wonder about the sponge. Dust really bothers me, and it goes everywhere. So, years ago, I heard about wet sanding. Basically, it's easiest to do if you have kitchen sponges and some clean water in a bucket. Before the spackle gets really hard, with a damp sponge (really squeeze the water out), lightly go over it to smooth any lines or raised areas. Use a light touch and you will end up with little to no sanding. I like sponge sanders because they fit into corners really well. All it takes is some patience and they will look great. Good luck!

Hello respackle and paint. Often wiping with damp cloth before completely dry can lessen final sanding.
Hello A,
You could fix a corner strip or timber profile to the corner for protection!
