Coleus. They are an easy plant to grow and can be easily propoagated by cutting off an offshot branch and adding to soil kept moistened for a couple of weeks. They come in a few different colorful varieties. They can also be grown inside as colorful houseplants.

Hi Gracie, they are Coleus and come in a few varieties. For the most part they like at least partial shade in a cool dry climate.
Coleus. For the best colors, give them lots of sun. Also they do not like dry soil.
Coleus. Cuttings roots wonderfully in water.

I agree with William, he has them exactly right. The coleus is easy to root in water and easy to plant from seed. The do well in full sun and shade as well, they look their prettiest in the sun.
Coleus! They grow easily and they reseed every year

Coleus
I know them as crotons. The come in many colour combinations and last for ever. Just cut them back by 2/3rds when they get leggy. Use the cut off pieces to start new plants. Just trim the pieces and plant them in damp sand and the cuttings will all root. Heaps of new plants to give as gifts. Heather
Coleus
Those are Coleus and are available in many colors.
I agree with Judi. They do well in moderate sunlight so they don't burn the leaves, and the sun brings out the bright color.
coleus ... they grow beautiful !
