Maybe you can use hook and eye bolts. This way they can be taken off the wall to change the "view"
Hi Deb, I like Dee's suggestion of a hook and eye bolts, use picture wire on the eye bolts, and have a hook or grabber available to remove it and change pictures, also you can use "clear" picture corners on the glass to make changin the pictures easier
This link has the windows mounted to a hook nailed into the wall, take a look on what this lady did:

Hi! This pulley holds up to 15 pounds:

Do you think one of those things that are used to raise and lower heavy, hanging plants, would work for my purpose?
Hi Deb. I think the "Hook and Eye Bolt" method is best. I would hang them vertically. Easier to work with when changing pictures. Good luck Deb. I hope you are well.
Hi Deb, a beautiful old pulley should help and it should be easy enough to get the pulley and rope to look like part of your decor too. Something like this - https://za.pinterest.com/pin/859413541367843258/?nic_v2=1a6eCojfQ, but instead of the yoke the window would be attached in the same way. I hope you come right and if I could jump on a plane and help out I would do it in a heartbeat
They look like fairly large and, I'm assuming, heavy windows. I wonder if you might be better off leaving them on the floor and propping them against the wall. Or perhaps installing a low shelf to rest them on to give them some height. This way you wouldn't have to worry about hardware or raising and lowering them. I did that with a pair I had and they looked lovely. Not what you were asking, but just another idea.
Hello,
Look in the Picture Fixings department of a craft store for Heavy frames. Or add large bars on both sides of and the frame width (halfway down) and Large hooks to correspond on the wall. Or fix a Chain at the top and Strong Hooks, or Fix a frame on the wall the same size as the windows and hinge them so you can just open out the window to change up the photo's.
I agree With Johnavallance with making a frame for your windows and add hinges so it will be easy for you too open the frame for your new pictures
if you hang them on a heavy duty hanger all you would have to do is take them down replace photos then put the window back on the hanger
Have you heard of a French cleat? You could use one of these to achieve what you’re after.
you could use the rope and pulley system https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGgCaFTcbHk

Can you create a sort of pulley system? You could tie it off in an easy to reach spot.
Hello there,
I would ask someone to fit you a Pulley system to fake them be able to run up and down the wall (much like a blind) does.
