Definitely clean really well, before painting. I would use Rustoleum primer first then spray paint it with Rustoleum Black spray paint. Rustoleum makes a professional and high heat black which would look great on the patio.
I would definitely spray paint it. Check with your local hardware or home improvement store for the best product.

Use spray paint.
Tape off the screen well and cover the inner section with paper. Try the 2X Rustoleum. It has great coverage.
I would brush it and you can use a paint like Fusion Mineral Paint in coal black. https://amzn.to/2VZnUPt It will hold up to weather too.
Personally, I'd use a brush and the best exterior paint you can afford. Prep the area to be painted well and perhaps two to three coats of superior paint.
http://www.ehow.com/how_4474420_paint-window-door-screens.html There are other options on the web, depending on what it is you're trying to accomplish. Pinterest has any number of ideas: https://www.pinterest.com/explore/painted-window-screens/
It is almost as easy and cheap to just replace the screen. I bought a 25 foot roll this summer from amazon.
Hello. I would brush it on for the best coverage. Be sure to clean your surface before and prime if needed.
If you choose to spray, tape off all the areas that might get overspray, cover with plastic or newspaper. When you spray, do light coats so you won't get runs in the paint.
If you choose a paint brush, it will involve less taping off.
The best results come from the prep, do a good job with that. Prep the surface well so the primer has a good base to adhere to. Then you are ready to paint. Rustoleum makes a good product, as well as Krylon.
If your patio enclosure is exposed to the weather, then consider a marine based exterior paint.

I would use a brush, I found this and it may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GvZ6eZy6Wo
Use a paint for exterior use and you can brush or spray. The spray is messier and you'd need to tape off everything not being sprayed so I'd recommend a brush.
I would brush it. Mask off any area that you dont want paint on. Make sure surface is clean and free of loose paint. Use a exterior latex paint.. If you want to be able to was it, dont use a "Flat" finish. Good luck
I would paint by hand. Remove screens if possible.
I would go with spray. You want to get something formulated for plastic or metal depending on your screen material.
