Stained glass on glass question?
Love the broken stained glass on glass piece. My question is, can I do this on a larger window on my house and which side of glass inside or outside should the stained glass be on. Thanks so much.

You would have to ask the presenter of this project about this, there is a section for question at the bottom of their project, ask there.

Hi Suzanne, hopefully one of the projects below is the one you saw and are inquiring about. I haven't done stained glass on glass but I believe you'd want to do the additional glass on the inside of your door or window. I hope you'e able to find the project and can ask the question below the project info (in the "Have a question? area. Good Luck!

Adding glass on glass is best done with a piece of glass you can lay flat and let the glue dry. You want to do it on the inside of the glass to protect the joints from weather. Normal stained glass is soldered with copper foil or made with lead came and window putty. Gluing onto another piece of glass is totally different. Unless you use a clear epoxy that has instant grip you will be taping each piece in place if it is on a window that is in place already as they will be sliding down before they dry.
