How to Connect a Headboard to a Platform Bedhttps://homeguides.sfgate.com/connect-headboard-platform-bed-55425.html
You can buy brackets that hook onto the metal frame. Try Amazon.
Hi! Hanging it on the wall is one option. If you definitely want to attach it to the frame, brackets are available at most hardware stores. You'll want brackets that also work with your headboard. Good luck and stay safe!
Usually the metal bedframe has a hole on each post to allow a bolt to be passed through both the frame and the wooden posts, I usually put a large washer on each end and use a wing nut to fasten it. I get replacements for clients at True Value Hardware all the time.
Most traditional mattress frame supports have holes for bolts. My newest elevated steel frame ( for storage below) did at least.
We bought connectors for ours at the hardware store. You could also mount the headboard on the wall. Stay safe!

HELLO THERE,
Fix the Headboard to the Wall on a batten.
The frame likely has holes for this purpose but hanging from the wall would probably be less of a hassle.
