What type of tile do you have, and where is it?
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the hard water stains and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbier. Do not use on natural stone. The vinegar will etch it.
If the suggestion above still doesn’t work try CLR.
Dawn detergent is typically blue and it will stain the grout- so I wouldn’t use that on the grout with vinegar.
CLR & Lyme Away make serious fumes and I wouldn’t use them until you can leave the doors & windows open.
For now, I would use vinegar and a couple of drops of clear detergent and a stiff scrub brush. Mechanical removal is essential for this. A wet dry shop vac and lots of rinses of water are also essential to avoid re-depositing the dissolved minerals.,
White cleaning vinegar and scrub will probably be your best bet. If your water is the issue, make sure to rinse with distilled water.
Hello. I agree with the both suggestions vinegar might be here first solution to try. Hard water is extremely frustrating. We particularly notice it washing our cars. It’s not dried off immediately horrible water spots result.

This works great on all kinds of tile Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. If you have stubborn stains, spray again.. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn
Hello, this is is the simplest way, all you need to do to remove the hard water stains from your shower tile floor. For real impact I only want you to do this on half the floor. Make sure the tile floor is dry. Put a double layer of dry paper towels on half the tile. Saturate the towels with pure white vinegar. Really soak the paper towels with the vinegar.
Use a Calcium remover from the cleaning isle. You could also try Toothpaste!
