Hi Rozzi, its been my (unfortunate) experience that even masonry paints don't last very long. Concrete is a hard thing to paint! I would look into concrete / cement acid stains. They will last the longest and come in several different colors.
Use masonry paint. Here's a link:

For a very permanent solution, you might try the Rustolelum's "Rock Solid" expoxy finish. Many people use it for garage floors/industrial looking home floors/countertops.

I would go with stain and here is why:
Paint is particularly prone to chipping and wearing off when applied to concrete. Even the best premium concrete floor paints have a relatively weak bond to the surface. Stain penetrates through the surface and into the concrete.

They make paint for concrete. Go to your local paint store and ask which kind is best
The concrete surfaces are porous and the paint application can be uneven, also the paint is subject to weather, foot traffic, and the things that can chip it.
To have a longer lasting cover over your concrete, go with a stain.

We painted and we stained our concrete patio over the past several years. Stained it first, then painted. Turned out that painting it was far superior when it came to wear. Here's my post about it, the stained post is linked to it as well. https://www.exquisitelyunremarkable.com/2018/08/how-to-paint-concrete-patio-makeover.html
Use patio paint
Use a roller or brush either with work
