How can I "all-purpose" a Christmas wreath (green and purple) ?
I don't want to have to take the wreath that my grandson made me for Christmas down. I'd like to hang a different type of ornament on it for each holiday (Valentine's, St. Pat, Easter, etc.) but don't know

Are the decorations on the wreath glued on or are they wired on?
There are numerous styles of wreaths, and it is almost impossible to guess what the one your grandson made looks like. Please post a picture of it so that we can see what you are starting with.
Depending on the type of wreath, you should be able to attach ornaments with wire.
It could make a difference on what the wreath is made of...styrofoam, wire, vines, fabric, to name some.
Without actually seeing it, could you remove the decorations and add seasonal decorations with florists wire? Cover up decorations if they are not removable? Mesh ribbon is an option. Artificial flowers from a dollar store-they always have them, bows, pine cones, lots of stuff around to add and subtract.
You may be able to just use the "base" design of the wreath and take away specific decorations that indicate Christmas. Then just add the current holidays decorations with wire or pipe cleaners and change out anytime you please.
Hello. Could you post a photograph of your wreath so we know what type of wreath you have. It might be the best evaluation to help us suggested ideas on how to transition your wreath for a different seasons and holidays.
You should be able to weave different items thru the wreath that highlights each holiday. An american flag for the 4th, mini pumpkins for thanksgiving, easter eggs for easter, etc.
This is a very cute idea. You don't need a different wreath for each holiday just make the one you have something you can change as needed.
use a command hook on the back of the wreath near the top and hang the ornament from the hook then when you change it out all you have to do is change the ornament you will be using
That sounds like a great idea. You could make a list of all the holidays and then hang them in order, going clockwise. Then "highlight" the current holiday by perhaps moving it to the center of the wreath.
How about use spray paint and paint the whole thing a neutral color for all seasons - like Gold or even white.
Find the different ornaments you want to hang from it and use a pipe cleaner to hang them from the top so they are hanging down in the center of your wreath.
You could decorate it with bows, glass balls in different colors or other ornaments that go with the holiday to change it seasonally.
Just add some symbolic items to the wreath at each occasion. Like a little stuffed bunny at easter
Sounds like a good idea! Just add new themed decor each season
