Here you go:
Natural Corian Stain Remover
This combo removes stains without using bleach or strong chemicals. We have a white sink, so it didn’t affect the color—but if you have a colored sink, test it in a hidden area first to be sure.
Mix this recipe up as needed—don’t try to store it for later.
Ingredients
¼ cup baking soda
2-3 Tablespoons hydrogen peroxide

Since you aren't sure what the material is, I would be cautious and use a netted dishcloth and soapy warm water like blue Dawn.
For a tougher mess, you could make your own cleaner with this recipe:
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp liquid castile soap
1-1/2 cups water
Pour in 1/2 water & baking soda in a spray bottle & shake until dissolved. Add soap and gently mix in by turning the bottle, not shaking, then add other 1/2 of water.

Dawn, Rubbing Alcohol, and water in spray bottle. 1/3 alcohol, 1 tsp dawn, rest water
disinfects and cleans
I just use microfiber clothes or sponges. E-cloth is my favorite: https://www.ecloth.com/#a_aid=5b5769e44b71f&a_bid=f45b9edd
Try Bio Cleaner paste. I cleans so many types of material. I use in sinks, stainless steel sink, glass cook top, Formica counter and stone tile counter top. It is a super fine polishing compound made from pumice derived from lava.
If they are laminate or corian you can try this: Liberally spray an all purpose cleaning soap and let it sit for five minutes, then wipe clean with a microfiber cloth damp with hot water.
