Maybe add a rug to tie it all together
You have a lot of nice furniture to work with. If the swings are seldom used I would eliminate them and put the L shaped pit in that end of the room. If the swings cannot be safely hung elsewhere eliminate the large rug and use two smaller rugs to tie in the two areas. Add something red to the swings or switch out the plant with red blooms with the palm plant.
Hi, I noticed that the sectional is in the middle by the door. I would reposition the sectional where the two hanging chairs are now. Turn the area rug with the sectional Also bring in another blue pillow. You want to have some contrast in the sofa. The two red pillows just blend in. . I think I would place the palm plant in the corner also Move it around its all about trying things in different places but you have to start with the big pieces first. I think the large rug is fine since you already own it and the color is nice. There are two many accessories on the stand under the tv pick three together take off the rest and put something on the end table or cocktail table. It is also a little small but it works. I don't know your measurements of the room so I hope this helps.
It looks nice but it’s so dark. I think you need to lighten it up.
Add color in the form of planters or plants.
Too much little stuff on the table under the tv.
Do you have any kind of rug on the floor? If you don't want a real one paint one.
The swing takes up a lot of room. Why not replace that with a couch or loveseat. That would provide more seating and take up less room.
Do you have lighting on the porch? I have found that solar sensor lights work well on my front stairs. That way if someone approaches it comes on to let us know someone is there and light up a path for a guest.
looks awkward to get to he door by squeezing past the sectional. Put it in the corner where the one hanging chair is and the planter and put the two hanging chairs on the opposite side. That gives a path to the door and the chairs face the couch for conversation.
I would take one of the chairs away and concentrate on accesories.
The rug seems to be too small for the room. I would say either reposition the rug so that it covers more of the floor on one side and divide the room into two areas, or get a larger sized rug. The hanging chairs would look more integrated with the rest of the furniture if the rug went under the chairs also.
Hello, I would push the sectional closer to the walls so it gives more room for you to work in, why have wasted space in there? I love the swingasans, keep them close to the other walls but give them a table between the two, add a few ottomans in a color you love! and move the plats to frame the entry to this area.
Great space to work with! Focus on how the space is used and traffic patterns, then arrange based on that. It may take a few times shifting things around but you’ll get it.
Sitting area with a coffee table maybe some citronella candles on table and some throw pillows for accent and a small narrow table agenst the wall and put some candles decors get some solar lights and hang them along the roof line to light up inside do it all along the ceiling maybe some pretty plants in the corner for greanary
You have a very nice room and I love the colors. To me it looks like you have too many little things around the room. Three things on the table under the TV would be enough. I would like to see one much larger piece there with two smaller ones. And try to vary the shapes. Right now the shapes are all similar. Maybe you could group the 3 plants. But even if you decide not to group them at least vary their heights by putting one of them on a tall plant stand or table. A swing chair is kind of like an accent piece so usually people use only one. I like the idea of trying the sectional on the other side of the room.
This space actually is really nice. But I think the light needs to be accentuated, because it seems so dark. You can also add a rug to complement your space.
I am a big fan of unencumbered entrances and exits, so the couch needs to be moved or replaced with something more adaptable to the beautiful sun porch.
Also I love the creativity of the hanging chairs and would hate to see them go away, it adds character to the area you do not normally see.
To soften the lines of all the existing angles, you might consider putting sheers in the corners in white or a gentle color of your choice.
