Sheetrock and painting would be my choice. Paneling or even make walls of curtains with dropcloths from any hardware or home improvement store.Helpful Reply -

I agree with Naomie. Drywall and paint. Also adds to prevent air movement. Paneling without a solid backing can ripple and warp.Helpful Reply -

I have cheap brown paneling and I used cream paint and sponged the whole basement. Worked out great. Gave it a lighter basement.Helpful Reply -
