Hi Najlaa, can you give us a little more information please?
One of the ongoing problems with an unfinished concrete basement floor is that is it always dusty, and the dust carries up into the rest of the house on your bare feet and socks.
My suggestion to start making up a nicer laundry area, is to first purchase an inexpensive hard twist area carpet. It will be easier to vacuum than a concrete floor, feel nicer on your feet, and will prevent clean laundry from getting dirty when it is dropped on to the floor.
