Single wide mobile home,with two rooms added. So you understand the space is limited. As soon as you open sliding door tub to the left, toilet to the right, sink right in front of the toilet. Small!

Can you take out tub? Put in a shower unit and storage in its place?
Do you have a toilet topper(cabinet above the toilet)? You can get a cabinet fairly reasonably @ Lowes or Home Depot, but look around first. We have a Mobile Home as well, so I know what you are up against. We added a cabinet above the toilet in the master bath, we needed more space as well.
My husband found the studs first then I held it while he screwed the cabinet to the wall. This is a 2 person job, don't attempt by yourself, you could get hurt. Get someone to help you, some cabinets are heavy.
Do you have a medicine cabinet? You might want to exchange the one you have for a larger one, if possible. I wish you luck. Do Not Attempt alone, get someone to help you out.
