Stacking storage is a great idea if you're short on space. Is there an area under your sink that you could add some stacking storage boxes? Also, consider floating shelves for the walls, and don't overlook the storage space you have on your bathroom door. Get an over-the-door shoe organizer and use the pockets to store your bathroom supplies.
Hi Mary,
I'm Linda and when looking for space, I look UP. What can you add above what you have to create more space? Shelves over the toilet? Baskets hanging on a wall? Things like that. Without actually looking at the space, it's hard to give advice, but those are a few general tips that might help. Wishing you the best.
Purchase a 6" melamine shelf board with brackets at Home Depot or Lowe's and mount over the door. If you can't make holes in the walls, use 1" finishing nails and nail it straight into the door frame at 6" intervals, and purchase lightweight (not the solid wood) brackets which you will attach to the board rather than to the wall. Store lighter weight items there such as toilet paper (I'm 5'6" and I can reach the bottom something that would be there).
If you have a pedestal sink, make a skirt for it and attach with velcro. Hide stuff under the skirt. If you have a cabinet, double your space by adding a tension rod across the inside from which to hang spray bottles.
Mount shelving -- there are plenty of ideas all over Pinterest -- above the toilet for towels. Mount another tension rod inside the shower but against the back wall, and attach a clear plastic shoe organizer to it. Hang all your shampoo, razor, and stuff in the pockets, poking a hole in each for drainage. If they get moldy, a spritz of Clorox water will clear them up!

over the toilet shelving, shelving on walls, additional shower rods inside shower tub area to set shampoo bottles etc. on like shelving & hang hooks on for other items. get a few old boards nail together and put hooks, bags,or baskets on it then either set it on vanity or on shelves, top of mirror(if you have room)command hooks good if you need storage without damage to walls get xtra strong then hang canvas bags(craft store) or baskets on them for storage(hair dryer,make-up,accessories etc.)Rolling your towels and washcloths take up less space than folding flat.Shorter over the door storage organizers on towel racks you can still put towels over that(as long as it's not going to pull rack off wall)I use wreath door hangers on shower rod for towels.
