Tile covers or Transfers. Cork tiles etc.
Take down the wall paper (dates the room),
New shower door but if you took that down and used a shower curtain you could change that out anytime the mood struck you.
Some type of window treatment.
You could even paint the tile (not the tiles on the counter) for a dramatic change.
