How can I cover tiles with pictures baked in?

We recently purchased a home that has accent tiles around the vanities in two of our bathrooms. One has jungle animals and the other has butterflies. They are space every 4-5 tiles apart. How can I cover them without replacing the entire backsplash?

Paint them, mod podge them or have the pros come in and cut out the tiles and replace with same size tiles in a color that coordinates with your decor. -

Agreed, paint them. Rustoleum makes specific paint for tiles and tubs just for wet environments that I've heard really good things about! -

Google "tile stickers" or "tile decals". There are many beautiful options for covering ugly tiles. Amazon has several to choose from. -

YUP... that would work...and if the color won't match... consider refinishing all the tile in the bathroom to look all the same... or paint them and then stencil over them in a tone on tone look or contrasting.. or you can do a checker board with similar shades such as white and cream, cream and gray, or shiny and matte (tone on tone)
