You could try painting the tiles. But I'm not sure what you mean by you don't want to redo them.

We used the Rustoleum Tile Renew Kit on the entire bathroom including the tub and it worked great! You have to follow the directions exactly and it does take several days. We needed 3 kits to do the walls , tub and surround.

If you are referring to wall tiles, you can paint them after priming with Kilz Primer. It adheres to any surface and allows the paint to adhere to it. Follow the instructions re sanding etc.

I bought standard 84" drapes that emphasized my crazy colored fixtures and turned them from gross to weirdly chic. I hung them full length on a shower tension rod with a liner mounted down lower.

Brown will blend with both. (light color)

I had a pink tiled bathroom in a rental when I was younger - bought some lovely pink and silver wallpaper with peonies on them and it also made the room weirdly chic. Added some black, too.

Oh, so you want to keep the same colors, but freshen up the room. Is that right?

Is there anything particular that you want to change? You can always change towels, curtains, shower curtain and/or floor rug. You could add some fresh or faux flowers to your counter top. You could hang pictures that would complement the room. Is your vanity the normal oak or dark wood, like most houses have? Do you want to paint them a lighter color to lighten up the room? You could add wall paper to the top half for a pretty change. I think grey and white go well with pink. I also like black & white with turquoise. Of course, you probably have your own color ideas, but I just tossed that out there as a suggestion. Is any of this helpful or did I totally miss what you're looking for?

I would pick a more modern patterned fabric or shower curtain that you love, with the colour in it. Choose one of the coordinating colours in the pattern, for your wall colour and accessories.
