I have a small bedroom with walk in closet that need redoing- help!

needs ideas to maximize space for skirts blouse pants dresses etc...closet is normal size not hug.

Make it two levels so you can hang twice the amount. You could do this on one side, running the poles front to back. Then run one in the traditional direction to handle dresses and other items.
I just did this to my closet I took my longest top and regular length skirts and marked where to hang the rails then used to top shelf which is only about 7 inches high to store all my dressy shoes and bags on that shelf. On the other side I hung the rail just a little lower so that I would have a deeper shelf on top and space on the floor I hung my slacks and dresses. I did have floor space under that rail for shoe racks and at the end was able to add a short chest for scarves and other items.

hangers that have clips attached to hang pants or skirts, then put the top you wear with that skirt/pants on the hanger part -- WalMart has them - twice the clothes in 1/2 the space!
