As long as you are a custom building it, I would look at making sure that you have in mind the choices you have in terms of sizes.
Traditional bathroom vanities, that are premade, are usually 21 inches deep and they are usually 32” high.
A pre-made kitchen base cabinet module would be 36” high and 24” deep.
Master baths often use kitchen height because it’s an adults-only vanity.
