Rocks or glass marbles might help.
Put a brick or two in the bottom of the planter.
colored sand or pea gravel
Gravel, rocks, sand, kitty litter.
Rocks in the bottom of the planter, or if it's a large planter, try a brick or 2
Pour Quikrete about an inch in the bottom of the container from a mixing bucket. Let it dry completely then put in plant or put it in before to anchor it permanently.
