Are you looking to build one? Sounds like a great project! I think I've seen one or two of these on Hometalk. Try the search bar at the top left and see if any ideas pop up.
Kitchen "patrol boxes" are the way to do it.
One box could be lined with either galvanized sheet metal or Hardie Backer Board (cementicious fiber board) as the wind break for the camping stove. It's cheap fire-retardent.
You cannot run the stove in the box.

A small bar sink could be put on a stand. Have a battery operated pump and a container of water for the source. Also have a container to collect sink drain water so it can be properly disposed. I have a Ryobi 18VDC garden sprayer that could be adapted to pump water up to the faucet. There are other pumps available.
