I want make a water fountain with left over nice tiles and stones. Can you please tell me what tools I will need and how expensive? How to groove the stone or a small tile?

Here's a really easy low cost one to make get supplies at Lowes,Home Depot. You will need special drill bits to get thru the tile & stone but you could add tiles around the pot/base of fountain use E6000 to attach them and the stones/rocks on top wherever you like as decoration. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8Oj9TQBBOA Here's Another https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heAXoVUlx2s

  Thanks for your response. I have all the supplies but don't have a make groove on on of the tile. Groove is to direct the water to the pot.

  You can try glass cutter or Dremel but once you cut thru top coating it will crack really easy.You could try putting several layers of duct tape on bottom while making groove on top. might be easier to cut two long thin pieces and glue them into "trough" v-shape then place them between to larger pieces to make the size you actually need. Use E6000. Use some other pieces of tile for practice so you don't wreck the pieces you want to use.here's video on using glass cutter maybe don't put on wire so it doesn't break thru???https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoLxO8uKdE8

Not sure exactly what you have in mind, first you need a container of sorts. I recommend you look at YouTube videos on how to make a fountain and marry your products to a design you like.
