How to make a water fountain?

I really want a solar submersible water pump for a water fountain feature I'm making. We have no outlets for a plug in, and I want the option to move it around the yard. Any suggestions?

Colleen, here is a popular video that I hope answers all your questions.

Colleen, unless you have a family member or friend to run the outlet for you, you will need to get an electrician to fix this up for you.
There are two basic types. One floats on top of the water and the solar cells are part of the platform. https://www.amazon.com/Solatec-Solar-Fountain-Black/dp/B077215M1R/ref=sr_1_4/144-4796976-7031811?ie=UTF8&qid=1539891026&sr=8-4&keywords=submersible+solar+fountain+pump I think you are interested in the other type, where the solar cell is separate with a cord that runs into the water to power the pump. https://www.amazon.com/LATITOP-Submersible-Sprinkler-Different-Circulation/dp/B01MS8JN0Q/ref=sr_1_3/144-4796976-7031811?ie=UTF8&qid=1539891026&sr=8-3&keywords=submersible+solar+fountain+pump
Both of these pumps are transportable. Your problem is that water is heavy, with a US gallon weighing 8.3 lbs. 5 gallons of water weighs about 41.5 lbs. Don't forget to add the weight of the container. A 5 gallon pond is considered very small. Most small ponds that are intended to hold a water plant are 30 gallons.
Neither of these will work after dark. Solar has to be connected to a battery in order for the pump to continue working after dark. The battery backup adds significantly to the price of the pump. https://www.amazon.com/Sunnydaze-Outdoor-Fountain-Battery-56-Inch/dp/B01MZ8H9UE/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1539892563&sr=8-14&keywords=solar+fountain+pumps+submersible+outdoor+with+backup+battery
Hi Colleen, here's one that you can try,
