Cabbage juice spilled in car , what to use to take out the smell

Cabbage juice, Par? If the spill is dry now, I would hand clean the area with water, white vinegar, and a squirt of Dawn in a sprayer. Dry with a hair blow dryer. Sprinkle with baking soda, sprinkling more baking soda each day for three days. Then vacuum the soda out. Spray all fabrics areas in your car with Febreeze. The odor should all be gone by then.
