How to rid nespresso machine of scale from hard water?

Read the instruction manual or look up your model on line. For any coffee machine, I have always run a cycle with white vinegar and then 2 cycles of water to rid any residual vinegar taste.

run vinegar thru it instead of water-multiple times if needed,then rinse w/water several times after til it's not smelling like vinegar most sites people say to mix vinegar with water (half&half) but you can use it straight if machine is real bad with mineral deposits I do, doesn't hurt anything just takes more rinsing
