Most any tub & tile cleaner is safe for enamel. My favorite is wet & forget shower. Second is Lysol Power in the blue trigger spray bottle.

Dawn dish soap and baking soda mix into paste scrub tub with it then spritz vinegar over it let sit til done fizzing then scrub again rinse with hottest water possibly. keep drain plugged in tub while scrubbing; get a new stiff toilet bowl brush to use for tub only makes it much easier to reach all over,I have cast iron with enamel and mine glisten after this also helps keep drains clear.
