Try CLR
Hi Dawn! You haven't mentioned CLR. It is what I use for Calcium, Lime and Rust.

The others are exactly right, CLR is the product to use for this mineral stain. Available at stores like Walmart and of course diy stores.
When you get the shower free of the calcium aka hard water spots, take a bath towel and manually dry the walls and floor...the spots happen as the water evaporates leaving the deposits behind.

CLR full strength wet paper towels with it and let them sit on it then scrub it
