How do I get grease stains out of a cotton shirt?

The grease from Cheez nips stained my shirt because I was lying on them and want to get it out

Use some aloe vera, dish soap, or shampoo as a pre-wash stain remover. Blot any excess oil using a clean cloth or a paper towel. Then, squirt some aloe vera, dish soap, or shampoo onto the stain. Use an old toothbrush or a manicure brush to rub the stain into the fabric
Just mix Dawn dish washing soap and some baking soda into a paste and apply to the area. Scrub well and then launder as usual. If the stain is tomato based, you may need to soak the area in a small amount of Oxi-clean and water.
Hi Angela, scrub straight dawn ultra into the stain before washing.
This is a great post on removing grease from clothes even if you've already washed them.
I treat spots with Spray n Wash, then add 1/2c of 20 Mule Team Laundry Borax to the wash.
