Wow, anything you try could rust the metal wire in shade. It's basjcly ruined as is, so be aggressive with oxi clean or bleach soap mixture with a wet cloth. Blow dry it dry quickly. I also have used Scrubbing Bubbles bath room cleaner with success. Great for spot cleaning on carpet.
Tomato stains are tough, because the tomato juice is acidic.
Before getting it wet again, try taking a shop vacuum hose in one hand and an old dry toothbrush in another hand, and try to brush:remove the tomato particles in a dry state.
It wouldn’t hurt to take it off the base and put baking soda, or cornstarch on it, to help dry it up and then those things can easily be vacuumed off.

what is the fabric? linen, cotton, polyester, nylon, burlap is it white, colored or patterned?
It is thick Burlap plain tan color. The spilled tomaoe sauce was from spaghetti and meatball sauce.
How about hydrogen peroxide? I would put it on a cotton swab ie. Qtip and do a little at a time as to not take color out of the fabric. Or turn the stained spot to the back so no one can see. Lol
