Hi Stewart. hope everyone is okay. Here's a great tutorial that will show you how to get the blood out of the sheets - https://home.howstuffworks.com › how-to-get-blood-out-of-sheets
First always use cold water when trying to get out a blood stain ! Then , I know this might sound weird , but get a carpet cleaner called Folex , I got it at home depot for around $6 . This gets everything out rust , wine , ink & blood ! I keep some in a spray bottle in my laundry room . Good luck !!!
Baking soda and then vinegar- works wonders!
I always have luck with straight up perioxide. Poor on the spots and wait a few minutes and toss in the laundry. Wash in warm for colors and hot for whites of course. Once in a great while I may have to do a second time.
