boil water on stove then put area to be treated over a bowl . pour the boiling water directly on spot. It may take a few times also try good detergent and toothbrush and scrub after first pour then more boiling water
Try Dawn dishwashing liquid. I have had luck using it for that purpose straight on the stain, then wash like usual. Do not dry until the stain is gone or the sun or dryer will set the stain. Good luck!

Blue Dawn and scrub with a toothbrush.
Dot it with liquide dish clear soap, let it sit for a while then wash it as usual. Do not use soap with dye in it.
