Have you tried making a paste out of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda? Put it on the grout and let it work for a bit. Then scrub with an old toothbrush.
Using Baking Soda and Vinegar Make a paste of baking soda and water. Make a 1:1 solution of white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Wait for the solution to stop bubbling. Scrub the grout lines with a brush. Mop the floor with plain water

Best Cleaning Hacks That Actually Work
Hands and knees cleaning with an old toothbrush, two step: diluted
degreaser, like a pine-sol, scrub, rinse, dry, rinse again.
Then a bleaching agent, but not chlorine bleach. I’d find a commercial grout bleach and make sure to ventilate the space well and wear long vinyl or latex gloves. Scrub, let sit, Rinse, dry, rinse dry.
Deoending on the color of the grout and the age, it may not be back to original.
Personally, I would dye the grout at this point to a more “foregiving” color and then seal it with a non-yellowing grout sealer.
After all that hard work, a grout sealer is essential.
Do not wax tile floors. The wax builds up and holds dust in the wax.
I've used the toilet cleaner trick. It works nicely but can get expensive if you have a large floor that is really dirty.
There's also a product that allows you to paint a new grout color. It might be worth it.
