Try using Bruce wax remover for floors Used to do that every week and I was happy with it. Then shine it up with some pour out and apply floor wax.
Yes, just don't use wax again. Once you get it clean, just use sealer.
I wonder if sudsy ammonia would remove it... I'd give it a shot! Just be sure to use rubber gloves and ventilation.
