How can I get rid of Pledge build-up on wood table ?

How can I get rid of Pledge build-up on a table. This table was a gift from my friend. For years, she used Pledge to clean it. The build-up is horrible. Anytime we put something humid on it, a huge cloudy white stain appears. I can’t get them out anymore. Frustrated!

I use Young Living’s Thieves to clean my furniture
Here's how:
Combine one part white vinegar with one part water in a bowl. Dampen a rag in the solution and wring it out until it’s barely damp. Scrub the furniture with the vinegar-dampened rag in the direction of the wood grain. Moisten the rag in the vinegar solution as necessary.

Try vinegar and water. If that doesn't work, mineral spirits. Here's a link:

The only cleaning solution we use is a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. I would basically soak that table with it, let it sit on the surface and use a rubber scrubber brush to really clean that table. If that doesn't work a hot water solution with a degreasing dish soap would be the next thing I would try.
Lemon oil
I suggest using a mixture hot hot water, vinegar, and squirt of Dawn dishwashing soap (which is a great degeaser) to clean the table well. Maybe a couple of times, then rinse well with clear water and dry with a soft cloth.
Mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water. Dampen a soft, lint-free cotton cloth with the solution and wipe the surface of the table to break down and remove the wax buildup . Follow the grain of the wood with each stroke.
I use Frommer's Furniture Cleaner to remove wax buildup it has been around for years and is very good
Use Murphy’s oil soap and wash them down this will take all the build up off and leave the wood clean and conditioned.

Wieman, Formbys and Orange Glow make good wood furniture cleaners. You can find them in the paint department near the stains in Home Depot or Lowes.
VInegar and water is my go to.
Ammonia removes wax buildup, then use a good paste wax and buff.
Thank you all for your answers. Most I had tried, especially the vinegar and water. It just wasn’t strong enough. I have decided to sand, restain and then a light varnish.
Try lemon essential oil! The citric acid from the oil may be able to cut through the build-up.
Start with vinegar water (50/50) dampened rag to remove, it that doesn't cut it then switch to mineral spirits. Dampen a rag, then wipe in direction of the wood grain. Immediately wipe with water dampened rag and let it dry.
