How can I remove makeup from a painted dresser?

I painted this dresser for my daughter a few years ago and she has make up all over it and it does not wipe off. It looks like foundation. And suggestions on how to get it off without repainting?Jackie

I have chipped paint on the radiators. I’d love to strip or repaint them. Any products or suggestions?
Take a small amount of dish washing detergent (like dawn) and work it into a wet (but wrung out) cloth. Work it over the makeup, it should lift it off the surface. Take another clear but lightly damp towel and wipe off the soap. Buff dry.
The dawn should lift it all off without harming the finish. Just be sure to not put too much detergent on the cloth, a little goes a long way. Also, dry, dry, dry! Water isn't wood furniture's friend.

You may want to try makeup remover. Test to see if it ruins the paint by wiping it on an area that isn't seen.
Alcohol will get some things out.
Most things will damage the wood. Lemon oil will take off the makeup, shine and clean the paint. Wipe off woth a soft cloth.
Hi ! Magic eraser , dipped in a little water and squeezed out will do the trick with out worry about the finish on the dresser.
