Barbara on Jul 06, 2016I'm not sure spot repairs would be effective with the exposure to water. I'd be tempted to have the entire bath tub re-glazed to prevent chipping.Helpful Reply

Alice on Jul 07, 2016I bought the bath tub reglazing kit at Menards because the same thing was happening to me. The paint brush strokes showed and it is now peeling. Didn't work for me.Helpful Reply

Joseph baldwin on Jul 08, 2016I have used the kit several times for clients. If proper prep is done before applying the finish it will look like new. One secret is to make sure you tape off the upper part of the tub so you have a very even line around the area you want to finish, usually the bottom of the tub. If you follow the directions on the package you should have flawless results.Helpful Reply
