use neat thick bleach and a nail or toothbrush, protect floor with old towels or curtains.

I use Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner, with a small brush. It is a gel. Has worked well for me after I have tried many other remedies. It has bleach in it so be sure to rinse the floor well after using and do not use the same mop on wood type floors unless you have thoroughly washed it first.
Cleaning Grout with Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda, and Dish Soap
Mop the floor with clean water.
OR
Making a paste with OxyClean and water. Apply let sit for 20 mins. Scrub with toothbrush. Rinse well.
Once it's clean, SEAL!
