I use Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner, with a small brush. It is a gel. Has worked well for me after I have tried many other remedies. It has bleach in it so be sure to rinse the floor well after using and do not use the same mop on wood type floors unless you have thoroughly washed it first.

Cleaning Grout with Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda, and Dish Soap

Make a paste.
Apply the paste with a toothbrush.
Let the mixture sit on the grout for 15 minutes.
Rinse the grout with warm or hot water to remove all of the solution.
Use a rag to wipe the grout to remove any leftover residue or dirt.

Mop the floor with clean water.

OR

Making a paste with OxyClean and water. Apply let sit for 20 mins. Scrub with toothbrush. Rinse well.

Once it's clean, SEAL!
