Below is a video that should help. From what I can tell it doesn't matter if you have an insert because it's done from the top.Edit: I have to take the statement that it's always done from the top back because the next video was about doing it from the bottom up. It depends on your insert where you control your damper. The inside one is the bottom link, if you're interested. You have to buy specialized equipment for this job. Be wiling to climb on the roof. This is one of those things that may be best outsourced, unless are really handy. -
